PLANiTWRiGHT was successful in obtaining planning permission for a replacement dwelling in the green belt.
The application had been deferred by the Planning Committee when PLANiTWRiGHT were approached. The concern was that the existing house should not be demolished but should be retained and not replaced.
PLANiTWRiGHT worked with a surveyor to prove the poor state and condition of the existing building and that a new replacement building was the only solution.
Following a site visit by members of the planning committee and a presentation to the Council the application was approved.
