PLANiTWRiGHT received permission under ‘Permitted Development’ rights for the conversion of Provincial House, a fairly modern five storey office building in a sustainable location in Bolton town centre.

An application for 68 self-contained one bedroom flats was submitted under the ‘Prior Approval’ process together with information relating to transport and highways, land contamination and flood risk. The prior approval of the Council was not required so the client could go ahead with the conversion works.
