PLANiTWRiGHT obtained planning permission for the change of use of an industrial building to a leisure use – a trampoline park.

There was an objection to the proposal and the Council required a sequential test to prove that no other suitable buildings were available before the use could be approved. This was done and following a presentation to the Planning Committee the application was approved.

PLANiTWRiGHT also advised the client in connection with proposed Judicial Review of the case and instructed barristers accordingly.
